Youth Only Hunting Opportunities in New Mexico:

New Mexico offers some of the very best opportunities for youth hunters (under 18) to enjoy the experience of hunting a trophy mule deer, elk, antelope or free range oryx, ibex and even bighorn sheep. These are special seasons for youth hunters only, and are often at the best time of the year possible. New Mexico offers up a youth only bull elk hunt in the middle of the rut.  New Mexico also added some rut mule deer hunts in 2019 that are world class hunts for big deer. These hunts are truly a life changing event for most young hunters. We have been 100% harvest on youth hunts and bulls over 350 and mule deer over 180 are killed almost every year!

Why are we your best choice for guided youth hunting in New Mexico? Simple, our guides have the perfect temperament, we almost all have young hunters in our families, and love to help hunters with a positive introduction to the sport! The quality of animals in New Mexico is second to none and the seasons are at wonderful times of the year. We offer youth only mule deer hunts in NW New Mexico’s infamous unit 2B and 2A for trophy mule deer, these are without question the best trophy producing units in the state in fact the New Mexico governors tag mule deer have been killed in these units the last 6 years. Elk hunts are offed in unit 34, unit 16C, unit 17, unit 15, and unit 13 they are some of the best in the state for trophy bulls. Antelope hunts are in the NE area of New Mexico and have been 100% harvest for a number of years and draw odds are as good as 1-2. Ibex and bighorn sheep hunts are low draw odds but incredible opportunity’s. We also offer guided oryx hunts on White Sands Missile Base in New Mexico.

IN NEW MEXICO, ALL YOUTH HUNTERS MUST HAVE A HUNTERS SAFETY CARD AND CARRY IT WITH THEM IN THE FIELD AT ALL TIMES IN ORDER TO HUNT.

Reservation and cancellation policies:
Once you draw, a deposit of 50% is due for all New Mexico hunting packages. Full
payment is due before August 5th; all hunts prices are plus NM state licenses and tax.
Your deposit will be refunded only if YOU can fill your spot with a new hunter. Trip
insurance is advisable: hunters that do not show or cancel reservations after the draw will
be billed the full hunt cost. Disputes over billing will be handled in the Courts of San Juan
County New Mexico between March 1st and August 15th only.
